Laughing Buddha Finance & Home Loans is a boutique mortgage brokerage. Our director was part of one of the early mortgage brokers serving this community, and has since helped hundreds of individuals, families and investors secure finance. Two loans can look the same on paper and still need very different advice. We work out the strategy around you first, then find the lending to match.
Sometimes that means structuring a purchase so the repayments stay comfortable. Sometimes it’s refinancing to cut costs, or to release equity for something specific. Commercial and SMSF loans come with more paperwork and more rules, so we take extra care with those. Whatever the loan, we explain it to you before anything is lodged.
